Middle and senior students
of Qatar Academy Al Khor were recently treated to a lecture on “The Importance of Prayer” by Sheikh Khalid Abou Moza.

Both
female and male students attended the lecture, actively listening
and taking part.

“Mr.
Khalid’s way of addressing the subject is fascinating,” a grade 9A
student said. “He got our attention easily, and I feel we are even closer to prayer
now.”

Qatar
Academy Al Khor is located in a state-of-the-art building in Qatar with a
concentration on the disciplines of physics, chemistry, biology and design technology. The school serves students ages 3 to 18 (ECE-grade12). The
campus hosts nine buildings, 137 classrooms, and 21 laboratories, in addition to
basketball and volleyball courts, a gymnasium and a swimming pool.
