Aldar boosts retail offering in Al Falah and Al Ain

Aldar Properties PJSC will open Al Falah Mall in 2017, providing the residents of the Al Falah Community and adjacent communities with an attractive and well-designed civic and retail hub.

Al Jimi Mall, the shopping mall of choice in Al Ain attracting 8 million visitors annually, also will undergo an expansion to add 65 stores to the existing 94, bringing the total leasable area to 75,000 square meters.

The expansion of the mall will greatly enhance the mall’s retail offering and grow the profits and retail portfolio to grow in revenue.
