Abu Dhabi Chamber to expand business relations with Latvia

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has recently held discussions about expanding Abu Dhabi’s international business relationship with Latvia.

His Excellency Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud, the first vice chairman of the Chamber, led the meeting with attendees including businessmen and representatives of companies in Latvia and Abu Dhabi. His Excellency Edgars Rinkevics, foreign minister of Latvia, was also in attendance.

Al-Mahmoud encouraged Latvian companies to invest in the many opportunities in Abu Dhabi. These investments could be mutually beneficial to both nations. In return, Rinkevics encouraged companies and businessmen based in the UAE to invest in opportunities in Latvia, which is known for having the lowest tax rates in the European Union.

In recent years, Abu Dhabi has grown into a key financial and trade center throughout the UAE region and the globe. Abu Dhabi’s economy has been able to prove that it is rapidly growing stronger due to the world economy opening many opportunities to the UAE.

Many visionary factors have enabled the UAE economy to flourish, including the region’s progressive organizational and legislative structure, political stability, advanced world-level transportation and telecommunication infrastructure, and strategic location.
