The Leadership Circle, an international consultancy with a multipronged approach to business leadership development, is expanding into the Middle East and North Africa.
The consultancy is led by Chief Executive Officer Bill Adams, who said the region’s booming economy is the perfect place to start up The Leadership Circle.
“We have had good experiences here,” Adams said. “Our global clients have run programs with us involving executives in the region, and in recent years, a small group of experienced coaches and consultants have used our methods here.”
Leadership Circle founder and Chairman Bob Anderson said the methods and theory the consultancy use aren’t just about developing skill proficiencies and taking action, but include changing the entire mindset leaders bring to the table.
“The performance of a business can never exceed the effectiveness of its leadership over time,” Anderson said. “The way most organizations develop leaders – and Western leadership theorists are much to blame – overemphasizes skills and actions while ignoring the underlying consciousness that is shaping how leaders actually show up.”
Company leaders who take the class are taught that one’s beliefs, attitudes and thought processes about work can make all the difference for effective management. Anderson’s theories have shown some results as more than 60,000 business leaders and managers have gone through the Leadership Circle course.
Nicolai Tillisch, already known as a coach and business expert in the Middle East, will partner with the Leadership Circle as the company expands into the region.
