Eithad Airways, national airline of the United Arab Emirates, recently hosted an awards ceremony for its most successful travel agent partners in Kuwait at the JW Marriott hotel in Kuwait City.
The honorees were Kuwait’s most successful at selling Etihad’s premium cabins aboard its fleet of Airbus A380s. Top honors were awarded to the first Kuwaiti firm to book Etihad’s ultra-luxury suite, The Residence.
“Our agency partners have performed extremely well, especially when promoting the new Etihad Airways cabins and products including The Residence,” Nabil Matarweh, Etihad Airways’ GM in Kuwait, said.
The Residence is a three-room suite on the A380’s upper deck, where the premium cabins and lobby are located. The suite offers a bedroom with designer sheets and turndown service, a private bathroom complete with a shower, and a sitting room with comfortable seating and a large entertainment screen.
The Residence also has butler service and gourmet dining options, but luxury is not the only thing that attracts wealthy customers to book the suite.
Etihad also ensures the passengers booking the suite enjoy the utmost in discretion, in everything from a private car to the airport to personal boarding to afford the most discerning passengers with complete privacy while they travel.
The Abu Dhabi-based airline operates five flights daily between the hub and Kuwait to more than 100 destinations around the world.
