DAMAC Properties, one of Dubai’s largest luxury real estate developers, is opening a new office in the city with an exclusively female staff to meet the demand of the increasing number of women looking to invest in Emirati property.
The Morjana office is in the high-end Burj district of Dubai. With an all-female staff of 25, it is set to serve women from around the world who want to buy property in Dubai.
“We have seen a significant increase in the number of women looking to invest in the Dubai property market, and it was a natural progression to open an all-female office, with a large percentage of our buyers now female,” Ziad El Chaar, DAMAC Properties managing director, said. “We have created a comfortable environment where our potential buyers can learn more about our luxury real estate portfolio.”
The Morjana staff was picked not only by gender, but also for an ability to help women from many different cultures navigate the Dubai property market. There are many language abilities among the employees, but all are fluent in Arabic.
The office opens at the end of this month with opaque glass and a new, fresh design plus complimentary food and drink. Morjana will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week.
