Abu Dhabi Ports recently opened a new customer service center at Zayed Port.
“Abu Dhabi Ports’ new customer service center is a strategic approach to continually increase efficiency and delivering excellence in our services," Capt. Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, chief executive officer of Abu Dhabi Ports, said. "The new center has been designed to further improve our customer care and to better meet their needs while being ever more responsive."
The center will employ highly trained service professionals, and will be a centralized contact point for Abu Dhabi Port's current and potential customers as well as visitors and business contacts.
The center features an intelligent queuing and processing system, and will handle general questions and customer complaints, offer information, and assist customers with documents and payments.
