Sproxil, mHealth partner to extend technology

Brand protection and loyalty solutions provider Sproxil has partnered with Mobile Health Management Co. (meHealth), a Saudi Arabian mobile health care space, to make available in Saudi Arabia Sproxil's Mobile Product Authentication (MPA) technology.

MPA is part of a suite of mHealth services is is available for free. The technology gives consumers information to enable them to tell the difference between authentic and non-authentic goods in stores and other marketplaces. MPA gives tips on how to recognize counterfeit pharmaceutical products.

“MHealth Co. is a premiere health resource in Saudi Arabia and a leader in the Middle East for leveraging mobile phone technology to support and promote healthier lifestyles,” Alden Zecha, chief financial officer and strategist at Sproxil, said. “Having the opportunity to work with the organization gives us a strong advantage in the region.
