Mandilicious, the Dubai-based fast food chain serving traditional Arabian cuisine, is expanding its market into Oman.
Mandilicious has teamed with a local investment group with plans to launch their first Omani restaurant at the Avenues Mall in Muscat. The new outlet is slated to open before the end of August.
As the name suggests, Mandilicious serves the traditional Yemeni dish of Mandi, which has grown in popularity across the Middle East. Despite the first Mandilicious opening only two years, the company is now running more than 40 outlets across the region.
“We are pleased to announce that Mandilicious is now opening its doors in yet another strong market in the region -- a region that is both influential and knowledgeable of our cuisine,” Fayez Al Nusari, CEO and founder of Mandilicious, said. “Following our marked success in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, it’s clear that now more than ever, people are enjoying our traditional slow-cooked Arabian cuisine in a quick-serve fashion.”
Mandilicious will also introduce specialty Omani dishes to add to the current men.
