The Middle East Telecommunications Company (METCO) and the Swedish workforce management software firm Teleopti are moving forward with initiatives to ramp up the already close cooperation between the two companies.
METCO is one of the region’s most well-established information communication technology (ICT) integration firms, helping large enterprises and government entities run more efficiently by incorporating ICT solutions.
Teleopti’s suite of workforce management software and services perfectly complements METCO’s mission, prompting company leaders to enter into what has been a successful partnership in the Middle Eastern market since 2008.
Now METCO and Teleopti are laying the foundations for more impressive results from cooperative initiatives. Teleopti and METCO share many common customers, which presents ever-increasing new opportunities to be tapped. Working together has helped land new customers and contracts in the UAE, Kuwait and Iraq – a model both companies are keen to continue.
Teleopti and METCO have also learned from each other, building up employee skills and capabilities in both firms. METCO and Teleopti employees have come together for various workshops to provide better services for shared customers.
"Strategic partnering with a powerful international Software solutions provider such as Teleopti, has fortified our reputation as a leading telecommunication integrator,” Nazareth Karakhanian, METCO’s director of engineering and enterprise, said. “This partnership has allowed us to have incredible insight into the most pressing challenges our customers face, and use Teleopti WFM solution to propose adequate solutions and to ensure providing our customers with the cutting edge of technology."
