The second annual Cityscape Kuwait for the real estate investment and development sector will be held Dec. 9-11 at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds in Mishrif.

Attendees will include investors, developers, architects, designers, government officials and real estate executives. More than 70 exhibitors are expected to participate, including Murabahat Real Estate, DAMAC Properties, Al Mazaya and Sharjah Oasis Real Estate.

Cityscape Kuwait will include the Business Forum on Dec. 9 and 10 and the Investment Series Workshop on Dec. 9-11. The Business Forum is an opportunity for networking while the workshop will offer private investors a chance to research new opportunities.

Also at Cityscape Kuwait, Murabahat Real Estate is expected to announce the opening of its latest project, Aquamarine Resort in Nuwaiseeb.

“The resort consists of 99 units with sea views, 68 chalets, 31 villas, the management building, the services building and a swimming pool, all surrounded by lush landscaping, which will make every visitor's stay a unique and memorable experience," Murabahat Real Estate Marketing Manager Rola Shehadeh said.

Al Mazaya Assistant Chief Executive Officer Sheik Mubarak Al Sabah said the opportunities offered by Cityscape Kuwait would be "extensive."

"It is an outstanding forum to network with our peers, to ascertain trends in the sector and discuss new innovations," he said. "It is also an excellent opportunity to reach our audience, identify the real estate needs of investors not only from the region but throughout the world, and explore which markets are in demand.”
