Finance leaders to gather in Bahrain for World Islamic Banking Conference

The 22nd annual World Islamic Banking Conference (WIBC) is set for Dec. 1-3 at the Gulf Hotel in Bahrain.

The conference is expected to draw 1,200 finance leaders from all over the region.
 
The theme for this year's conference will be "New Realities, New Opportunities." Speakers will include Rasheed Al Maraj, governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain; Hamood Sangour Al Zadjali, Central Bank of Oman's executive president; Riaz Riazuddin, deputy governor of the State Bank of Pakistan; and Nurlan Kussainov, deputy governor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
