Dubai-based real estate investment and development company
Azizi Developments aimed at drawing in more investors from Kuwait at last week's Cityscape Kuwait real estate event and exhibition.
Azizi Developments highlighted a number of its major projects at the Kuwaiti exhibition, where more than 70 real estate exhibitors from around the region showcased various investment opportunities. The event took place at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds and was sponsored by Kuwait Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah.
Cityscape Kuwait brought in an even broader group of international exhibitors for the event’s second installment.
Azizi Development CEO
Farhad Azizi said there is a good reason the exhibition drums up international interest.
"Kuwaiti investors are diversifying their investments in local and international markets,” Azizi said. “We aim to enhance connections with the Kuwaiti investors who have helped boost the Gulf country's economic leverage locally, regionally and internationally. Azizi Developments Company builds state-of-the-art low-rise projects with affordable units to meet the budgets of low and middle income segments."
Azizi Developments is in the midst of more than 20 new residential projects in the Dubai neighborhood of Al Furjan. Those add valued at more than $1.2 billion and are in various stages of construction.
