Dubai Financial Market (DFM) recently held a workshop in Kuwait to demonstrate how to effectively use its online disclosure solution app called Efsah.
Eleven companies participated in the workshop, which focused on showing the attendees how to use Efsah to publish their disclosures quickly and efficiently with the new Web-based application.
The system provides users with a template in both Arabic and English for a standard regulatory disclosure that they can fill out quickly. Once they attach the necessary documents and submit the form, it is reviewed by the DFM Disclosure Department and then published on the DFM website.
The workshop also provided attendees with an update on DFM's various depository services, including share book management, electronic connectivity with the clearing system, cash dividend distribution, trading reports and the electronic Shareholders Analysis Report.
The 11 companies invited to the workshop, part of a regular series of workshops DFM offers, were Al-Madina for Finance & Investment, Ekttitab Holding Company, Hits Telecom Holding Company, Al Mazaya Holding Company, Al Salam Holding Company, International Financial Advisors, Agility and National Industries Group Holdings, Arab Insurance Group, GFH Financial Group and AL Salam-Bahrain Bank.
