Al Mazaya reviews its projects at Cityscape Kuwait

Al Mazaya Holding Company was one of several real estate investment companies from Kuwait and around the region taking part in the second edition of Cityscape Kuwait held earlier this month in Mishref. 

Al Mazaya, one of the Gold Sponsors of the three-day event at Kuwait International Fairgrounds, presented a large marketing campaign that showcased its projects in Dubai, Oman and Turkey. The presentation was open to the media, including CNBC Arabiya TV, which focuses on Arab economics and real estate affairs in the Arab world.

“The current stage demands real investment companies to increase their participation in specialized exhibitions," Al-Sabah said. The world is generally undergoing an economic slowdown associated with a decline in world oil prices, which constitutes a turning point in major investment decisions in our region and the world at large. It can hence be said that despite the decline of oil returns during this year, GCC countries are still the destination of investors from all over the world. The real estate sector is currently witnessing a sound corrective process which attracts many investors, at a time when real estate is considered one of the secure investment sectors.”

Al Mazaya hopes to soon introduce a new project, Mazaya Residence near the Muscat City Center in Oman. The residence would have 200 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms with luxury facilities.
