Alkhabeer Capital tops list of Saudi Arabia's best financial services employers

Global research, training and consulting firm Great Place to Work recently put asset management and investment firm Alkhabeer Capital of Jessah at the top of its list of Saudi Arabia's best financial services employers.

Alkhabeer Capital made the the top of that list for the sixth year running.

“The notion of a positive association between positive corporate culture and strong performance has been verified time and again by studies and research papers from the world’s leading academic institutions, business think tanks and behavioral experts," Alkhabeer Capital Executive Director and CEO Ammar Shata said. Alkhabeer Capital also was named the fourth best place to work in a Great Place to Work list that ranked Saudi Arabian businesses from all sectors.

"Our approach centers on cultivating an atmosphere in which mutual trust and purpose are organic outcomes,” Shata said.

To compile the list, Great Place to Work auditors take date from their Trust Index Employee survey and Culture Audit. The survey is a measure of how a company treats its employees, while the audit focuses on the company's programs and practices. Approximately 15,000 Alkhabeer Capital employees completed surveys; employees from 90 companies participated.
