Park Inn Muscat earns first-ever Safehotels Premium Certificate

Safehotels Alliance AB in Oman, a Sweden-based company that created the Global Hotel Security Standard and is committed to the verification of security and safety of hotels, recently honored Park Inn Muscat with the organization's first-ever Safehotels Premium Certificate.

"This is another milestone for Park Inn Muscat, adding this achievement to our existing Green Key and HACCP certifications,"  Park Inn Muscat General Manager Rabih Zein said. "I'm proud of my team for working hard to attain such accomplishments. The safety and security of our guests and employees is our top priority."

The awarding of the certificate is based on evaluations of Park Inn Muscat's performance with regard to procedures, training and management, security equipment, fire equipment, fire procedures, training, risk prevention and crisis and recovery management.

"By reaching the level of Safehotels certification, it shows the hotel focuses on key elements of guest security relating to personal property and has the right response if ever there's an accident or any kind of emergency," Safehotels Alliance CEO Hans Kanold said
