Bahrain is hosting next week's annual Gulf Industry Fair, a business-to-business show with the goal of demonstrating just how much potential and growth can be found in the Middle East.
The three-day exhibition, which begins Tuesday at the Convention Centre of Manama, boasts coverage of sectors that include energy and environmental protection, industrial safety and security and industry training.
Prominent Saudi companies will be making a strong presence at the Gulf Industry Fair. Participants will include Abdulkarim, Alaa for Industry, Ashcroft Al Rushaid Instrument Co. Ltd, Dresser Al Rushaid Valve and Instruments Company, Tiseng Group, Sandwich Panel Factory and Saudi Gulf Hydraulics.
Alaa for Industry CEO Stuart Hind said he sees the event as a marketing opportunity for his company.
“As one of Saudi’s largest suppliers of industrial equipment and services, we believe that Gulf Industry Fair provides an excellent event for businesses to have a direct marketing point to targeted B2B audience,” Hind said.
Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions Managing Director
Jubran Abdulrahman
said the number of high profile companies taking part in the Gulf Industry Fair speaks to the integrity of the event.
“Key companies from Saudi Arabia have chosen Gulf Industry Fair as the platform for the marketing and promotion," Abdulrahman said. "This is a strong vote of confidence in the value proposition of the Gulf Industry Fair.”
The Gulf Industry Fair has grown to be the region’s most well-known B2B marketing opportunity for the industrial sector, drawing industrial companies from all over the globe.
“Saudi Arabia is an industrial powerhouse in the Middle East," Abdulrahman said. "The large group from Saudi together with an international presence from UAE, United Kingdom, Poland, United States of America and Germany will add an exciting dynamic at this year’s Gulf Industry Fair.”
Last year’s event pulled 3,095 visitors while hosting 65 companies from 10 countries.
