Kenyan telecom service provider Safaricom revealed this week that it has entered into a deal to improve its customer experience through the use of Flytxt's consumer analytics solutions.
Safaricom, an affiliate of Vodafone Group, is the largest telecommunications company in East Africa, with over 25 million subscribers. It features a range of products including those related to data, voice, mobile money and enterprise.
Flytxt's solutions will allow Safaricom to personalize and enhance engagement with their customers.
"We continuously work to better understand our customers so that we are able to streamline our services and offer the best possible solution," Sylvia Mulinge, director of consumer business at Safaricom, said. "Our partnership with Flytxt aims to provide better customer insights that will help us realize our goal of delivering a differentiated experience to our customers."
The partnership also deepens Flytxt's relationship with the Vodafone Group as this is its third data analytics agreement with the group.
"Flytxt has already demonstrated impressive results in its earlier deployments in the group," Hetarth Patel, senior vice president of global sales at Flytxt, said. "I am confident that this partnership will continue the trend and produce significant economic impact for Safaricom."
