Saudi Telecom Company (STC) said Monday it has selected digital security firm Gemalto and Comarch, which designs advanced IT services and software, to implement and integrate its innovative IT services and software and put into use an loT (Internet of Things) connectivity management platform.
In Saudi Arabia, telecommunications and
information and communications technology are growing at a rapid pace, which has caused demand for loT and digital services to rise in recent years.
STC, the largest provider of telecommunication services in the Middle East and North Africa, will be able to continue its growth by continuing to introduce new products and services under the new platform, which will allow the STC to entice new customers using the echo system by instituting mobile and fixed networks.
More access capacity will also allow the STC to provide advanced solutions that will lead to a surge in revenue and market shares.
