Warba Bank, providing Sharia-compliant banking and investment services in Kuwait and beyond, has launched its new user-friendly website designed to enhance the customer experience.
"The new sophisticated design of Warba Bank website is now easily used by customers to provide them a better banking experience that is more interactive," Haitham Al-Turkait, chief technology officer at Warba Bank, said. "For keeping pace with the increased adoption of digital technology in the region, our website is fully compatible with all devices such as computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones."
In recent years, significant changes have taken place regarding how customers use banking services. Warba Bank decided to revamp its site to provide easier access, simplified search tools and a better overall banking experience.
"At Warba, we are keen to provide customers with easy and flexible services to experience a quick access to the bank's products and services," Al-Turkait said. "The new website is designed to enhance our relationships with customers and at the same time to provide them with all their banking data and information by way of sophisticated, high-quality technique."
One section of the site is dedicated to helping visitors easily locate or get in touch with representatives at a specific branch. The site even offers a live chat feature to save customers time.
