Technology powerhouse Siemens is showcasing the ergonomics and energy-efficient lighting as two of the many upgrades at its new Kuwait office in Kuwait City’s Ardiya area to support the company’s rapid regional growth.

Over the last five years, Siemen’s Kuwait team has increased by 10 percent to approximately 300 employees. The new base reflects Siemens’ commitment to environmental responsibility, featuring a thoughtfully designed interior with LED lighting and state-of-the-art energy-efficient technology. The company has dubbed its approach the “Siemens Office Concept” and embraces improvements in alignment with its goal to become carbon-neutral by 2030.

"This is a milestone for Siemens in Kuwait, marking more than 50 years of our partnership with the country,” Siemens EES CEO Adrian Wood said. “The new office is our commitment to Kuwait's economic development and our support for the next 50 years and beyond. With more space to expand we are able to innovate, to better serve our customers, to continue our business growth and to enrich our contribution to society in Kuwait."

With a strong presence in Kuwait since 1959, Siemens has supported the emirate with large-scale projects such as power plants and refineries, as well as the Kuwait University Health Sciences Center.
