The Abu Dhabi Business Women Council (ADBWC) has begun its second entrepreneurship awareness campaign aimed at encouraging innovation in Abu Dhabi.
The campaign, running through October under the title "Creativity and Innovation in Business Sustainability in Abu Dhabi," focuses on promoting a culture of entrepreneurship among UAE women. It offers female entrepreneurs the tools necessary to succeed in the business world, from the best international practices to follow to the latest happenings in the field.
ADBWC
is using expertise from strategic partners to carry out many of its planned programs and activities associated with the campaign. The campaign will feature more than 40 activities, general and specialized training courses, panel sessions dedicated to economically empowering women and stories of successful women entrepreneurs. The campaign will also launch an entrepreneurship club, an innovative integrated business incubator and a best project award.
ADBWC was established by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce as a way to enhance the role of women in Abu Dhabi's business industry. The council offers Emirati businesswomen and aspiring entrepreneurs a range of support services such as consultations and business networking, as well as training and employment opportunities.
