More than 30 women entrepreneurs are taking part in the marketing exhibition inaugurated by Maryam Al-Rumaithi in Al-Ain.

The inauguration of the marketing exhibition of women entrepreneurs at Al-Waqn Ballroom is among the activities planned for the second Entrepreneurship Awareness Campaign in Abu Dhabi. The event is being held with the support of Sheikha Fatima Mubarak, chairwoman of General Women's Union, supreme chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, chairwoman of Motherhood, Childhood Supreme Council and the honorary chairwoman of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council (ADBWC).

Al-Rumaithi hosted the ribbon cutting at the event and then walked through the 30 booths throughout the exhibition. A variety of trades are showcased within the booths including, trade in dates, spices, yogurts, fragrance, Oud, scents and cosmetics, to drawing and calligraphy services as well as legal translation, décor designs and wedding services. Visitors can also take part in handicrafts, pedicure and manicure treatments, flowers arrangement, and educational consultations.

Multiple women from across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi were at the event, including a few top officials in Al-Ain.

The ADBWC hosted a training event for women in connection with the awareness campaign. The more than 50 entrepreneurs who attended the training were introduced to the powers of positive thinking.

The exhibit will be held until the end of October 2016.
