A delegation from the Traffic General Directorate in the Kingdom of Bahrain recently visited the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police Department to review the ways it provides services to customers.

The delegation, headed by Nader Al Khalifa, toured the customer service center and listened to a briefing by Colonel Suhail Al Khaiaili, head of the vehicles and driver licenses section. The briefing centered around the services provided by smart applications channels, the "Sahel" self-service e-payment device and the comprehensive employee program. The center has a five-star rating through the accredited star rating system used for government service centers.

The delegation also reviewed the department's work methodology and the "Happiness Meter" at the customer service center. Al Khaiaili stressed the importance of the index in measuring customers' satisfaction and happiness.

Al Khaiaili also explained the electronic data archiving system, which provides users with streamlined access to reference files. It also reduces expenses and storage space requirements.

"The data's accuracy and validity in the e-archiving system is considered to be one of the most important tools to transform data into useful information that contribute to provide distinguished services to the public," he said.
