Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) Executive Director of Learning and Development Ishaq Amin Al-Koohej said BIPA's global agents provide Bahrain's public civil servants with excellent training programs developed to cope with BIPA's strategy of improving government performance to achieve sustainable development during a recent meeting with
Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) CEO Lyn Goodear.
Al-Koohej said that BIPA is working on redesigning its programs to accomplish strategic objectives. His visit to the AHRI was to help develop training programs and achieve the best management of resources. He said that AHRI is one of the leading international institutes with which BIPA maintains a strategic partnership.
Goodear applauded BIPA's role in improving the government performance through human capital investment in achieving sustainable development.
AHRI was established in 1943 and is working on defining HR professional levels and efficiency standards in Australia. It provides human resources development services around the world, encouraging codes of ethics, professional conduct and effective leadership in HR management.
