Residential units recently went on sale within the Aykon City development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
Sales of the two-bedroom units took place at Jumeirah Emirates Towers with prices beginning at $460,145.
The units are part of Aykon City's 60-story apartment tower, which is one of six towers featured in the 4 million square-foot project expected to be complete by 2021. The others include an 80-story hotel and residential building, a 65-story office tower, a 63-story serviced hote and two 30-floor residential towers offering ultra luxury accommodations.
"Aykon City will be a distinctive luxury development with unique features that will attract residents and tourists alike," Damac Properties Managing Director Ziad El Chaar said. "Taking center stage at the development will be the first-of-its-kind Aykron Dare that will become the next exciting attraction for thrill-seekers in Dubai, with breathtaking views from 935 feet above Sheikh Zayed Road, Safa Park and the Dubai Canal. In addition to this attraction, Aykon Plaza will be an elevated platform that will link the development and provide the community with beautiful areas to relax and unwind in and includes restaurants and cafes."
