Emaar Hospitality Group recently unveiled Vida Jedda Gate, a 14-story hotel tower, and Vida Residences Jeddah Gate, a 25-story tower, in the master-planned community by Emaar Middle East.
The hotel and serviced residences will provide views of Jeddah Gate and beyond. The complex will be easily accessible from the city center and include 202 hotel rooms and suites in addition to 162 serviced residences for sale. The residences that can be bought come with either one, two, three or four bedrooms. These residences are ideal for families and professionals and will be serviced by Vida Hotel and Resorts staff members.
The entire complex will be family-friendly, Shari’ah compliant and environmentally responsible. The company noted that its design was influenced by Islamic heritage and the facades will invoke Saudi architectural styles.
