Sixteen undergraduate students will have the opportunity to take part in the projects, which are designed to enhance the students’ academic experience and learning.
A number of scholars serve as mentors of the projects including, Dr. Mohammed Al-Hashimi, Dr. Hassan Bazzi, Dr. Othmane Bouhali, Dr. Sherzod Madrahimov, Dr. Praveen Manyam, Maya Akl and Dr. Mahmood Amani, recipient of two awarded UREP projects.
Bazzi, who also fills the role of assistant dean of students, said the projects add to the students’ education and training.
