Deyaar Development PJSC,
one of the leading names in property development and real estate services in Dubai, featured its many operations in
the UAE at the recent Cityscape Global 2016.
Deyaar used Cityscape to showcase its upscale residential and hotel
apartments and residential communities with a contemporary design and luxurious living
experience. The company noted its key projects are mostly situated in prime
growth areas of Dubai.
One of the projects Deyaar featured is The Atria, a luxury mixed-use development project comprised of two towers, one for
residents and the other designed with hotel apartments, positioned in Business
Bay. Another project is the Montrose development in Dubai Science Park, which provides a mix of residential and unique serviced apartments
in three different towers.
Cityscape was a prime opportunity for Deyaar to display the
company’s positive impact on the city over the past 15 years while introducing
attendees to Deyaar’s variety of ongoing projects, according to Nasser Amer,
vice president sales at Deyaar.
