DAMAC Properties launches unique villa concept at Dubai's AKOYA golf course community

DAMAC Properties recently announced the launch of a new villa concept within its AKOYA golf course community in Dubai.

The new XV Villas design features “inverted” floor plans that provide elevated views across the lake and golf course.
