A new collection of three-bedroom villas in an international
golf community, AKOYA Fresh, was introduced Oct. 29 by DAMAC Properties, a top
name in luxury real estate developers in the region.
The new development was
designed with millennials, young professional couples and families in mind.
Buyers receive a plot title deed to the purchased property, priced at approximately $326,708, which can be paid over three years.
The recently revealed community is located at AKOYA Oxygen,
which hosts an international golf community and upscale shopping and dining opportunities.
Properties within AKOYA Fresh feature separate living and dining area, offering
adequate space for young couples. Families with children will appreciate the
open back yards that allow space to play.
The location of the AKOYA Fresh villas is ideal. Residents
will be less than 20 minutes from downtown Dubai, Mall of the Emirates, and
Palm Jumeirah. Sale of the properties began at noon Oct. 31 in Abu Dhabi at
Jumeirah at Etihad Towers and in Dubai at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai.
“DAMAC Properties is bringing to market yet another innovative
residential offering in a green community away from the skyscrapers and
business landscape,” Tim Fallon, vice president of corporate communications at DAMAC Properties, said. “Located in an international golf community,
which enjoys higher demand and offers higher rates of return for investors,
AKOYA Fresh is designed for those looking for their first villa, first home as
a couple or small family, and a first taste of tranquility away from the bustle
of urban life.”
The unique design of the villas was accomplished through
partnerships between DAMAC and leading craftsmen and well-known fashion and
lifestyle brands. The fresh living concept is the first of its kind and offers
superior design to home buyers.
“These villas are very suitably priced for young couples
wishing to purchase their first home in Dubai,” Fallon said. “At this price, a
new home seeker would have the choice to own a villa in a thriving golf
community and all of its benefits rather than buying an apartment. Another
compelling value-added feature is the plot title deed, meaning full ownership
of the land plus villa, offering full flexibility to its owner.”
Streets in AKOYA Oxygen are lined with lush, mature trees.
The desirable neighborhood is welcoming with luxurious homes that offer green
living options and a relaxing escape from a busy work life. Breathtaking water
features are placed throughout the AKOYA Oxygen community to add tranquility to
the neighborhood.
