China State Construction Engineering Corporation selected as contractor for Paramount Tower Hotel

China State Construction Engineering Corporation LLC was chosen by DAMAC Properties to build the Paramount Residences at the Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences in Dubai.

China Construction received a contract worth $150.8 million to build the luxury building to serve as a hotel and permanent residences.

China Construction will serve as the primary contractor for the 27-floor luxury residence building. The project is projected to take roughly three years, with completion anticipated in 2020. Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences is being built on Sheikh Zayed Road and will host 867-key hotel suites and luxury condos.

Within its 64 stories, the building will offer a sky lobby with views across the Burj area, an exclusive Paramount Pictures theater, a rooftop infinity swimming pool with a terrace and a fitness and wellness center with a state-of-the-art spa.
