AKOYA Relax villas recently went on sale in Dubai's AKOYA Oxygen master development, starting at $435,000.
The AKOYA Relax community aims to provide a place where young professionals, couples and families can achieve a work-life balance and experience a more relaxed lifestyle. The villas, offered in a variety of sizes and floor plans, feature separate kitchen and living areas, and a sunny backyard. A plot deed is included with every villa.
"AKOYA Relax villas are located within the refreshing green spaces of one of the finest golfing destinations, representing a breathtaking backdrop to the community and a unique attraction at AKOYA Oxygen master development," Tim Fallon, vice president of DAMAC Properties Corporate Communications,
said.
Villa owners will be given free service charges, property management and maintenance.
"We’re taking the stress out of owning a villa by covering all applicable charges for five years so owners can simply enjoy their homes and the surroundings that the community provides," Fallon said. "We will also take the hassle out of leasing properties by assisting owners to shortlist qualified brokers who can rent out the villas."
