Maryam Mohammed Al-Rumaithi, chairwoman of the Emirates
Business Women Council and the executive board of the Abu Dhabi
Business Women Council (ADBWC), recently praised multiple
people in helping the councils grow.
Specifically, Al-Rumaithi praised Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed
Al Nahyan, president of the UAE; Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice-president, prime minister and ruler of Dubai; Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al
Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi and deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed
Forces; and Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Nation," chairwoman of
the General Women's Union, supreme chairwoman of the Family Development
Foundation, president of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood,
and honorary chairwoman of the ADBWC.
“While we celebrate the 15th anniversary of the two councils, we respectfully reminisce (about) the huge efforts of the first sponsor(s) of the two
council(s),” Al-Rumaithi said.
Al-Rumaithi noted that this support has helped the council
realize many achievements, and provided services for businesswomen and female entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi.
