The Dubai Chamber of Commerce recently commissioned an
economist report on Latin America ahead of the Global Business Forum 2016.
“The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and
Industry is committed to providing its member companies with top-quality
services,” Hamad Buamim, Dubai Chamber president and CEO, said. “This
study, which the chamber has commissioned in the run-up to the Global Business
Forum on Latin America, reflects our dedication to keep up with the latest
global economic developments, in order to provide investors with the most
accurate, up-to-date information so they can make informed investment decisions
that stand to shape the economic future of the country, the region, and even
the world.”
Buamim noted that the chamber is heavily monitoring Latin
American developments, ready to play a key role in affecting positive change
there.
“We are working to flag the sectors that are most in need of
investments, drawing a clear map of the gaps and shortcomings that GCC
investors and governments can capitalize on -- in collaboration with the
relevant Latin American authorities -- to generate additional profits for both
regions,” he said.
