Two business units of the UAE-based real estate development company Deyaar recently achieved a total of six certifications for their professional standards.
Both Deyaar Facilities Management (DFM) and Deyaar Owners Association Management (DOAM) were certified for quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management.
DFM provides facilities management services for almost 20,000 units across the UAE, while DOAM protects and enhances the value of assets within managed Deyaar communities.
"These certifications independently recognize Deyaar for the highest standards," Deyaar CEO Saeed Al Qatami said. "We hold ourselves accountable for achieving quality and excellence across the whole business year on year. So, when quality is independently verified by the global industry benchmark, it is a source of pride for the leadership and staff at Deyaar."
Qatami said Deyaar will continue to strive to offer quality offerings for its customers and doing its part in maintaining a strong economy.
