Abu Dhabi-based developer Aldar Properties has extended the sale of its West Yas villas to non-Emiratis.
"We have witnessed significant demand for the enriched community living experience that West Yas offers in Abu Dhabi's most exciting destination – Yas Island," Aldar Properties CEO Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak said. "As such, we are delighted to open up West Yas to purchasers of all nationalities who will be able to take advantage of this master-planned community and its exceptional range of community facilities."
Four and five-bedroom villas are available at the beginning price of AED 4.3 million. New customers have the option of paying 25 percent during construction and 75 percent once completed.
In addition to the many leisure facilities located on Yas Island such as Yas Mall and Yas Waterworld, West Yas residents will also have access to a retail center, mosque, sports facilities and two schools.
"West Yas is a key component of Aldar's commitment to provide high quality, comfortable, well-situated residences," Al Mubarak said. "This forms an important element of our destination development strategy – to create a vibrant mix of communities on Yas Island."
