Manthan is teaming up with Al Habtoor
Motors, recognized in the Middle East as a top automobile distributor, to
create a user-friendly omnichannel personalization tool to better the customer
experience.
With TargetOne, businesses can now gain a
real-time view of campaign performance through a central hub, micro-segment and machine learning-based recommendation engines to personalize every
promotion. A unique Vehicle Personalization feature will also provide an
additional edge to the business by tailoring communications to potential
buyers.
"Due to the nature of rapidly changing
and competitive market it was getting increasingly challenging to target and
track campaigns accurately,” Sahayam K, director of IT at Al Habtoor Motors, said. “With
TargetOne we can provide our business teams with an integrated, single window
view of our multi-channel campaigns. What we really liked about Manthan was
that it was a cloud based solution that business users could intuitively use,
and of course, the fact that we were up and running in short span of time."
Al Harbor Motors is known throughout the
region to work with luxury automobile names like Bentley, McLaren, Bugatti and
Mitsubishi. The auto industry group will collaborate with Manthan TargetOne to
build a personalization tool based on analytics to help create more loyal
customers and increase the average purchase cost from each buyer. Manthan's utilizes
a cloud-based, award winning advanced analytics solutions, which will support customers
in building a clear path to profit and offer real-time analytics to continue to
advance the product.
"Manthan TargetOne will enable us to
manage our multi-channel campaigns more effectively, thereby giving us better
ROI and a more impactful customer contact plan,” Sujata Dutta, head of
CRM at Al Habtoor Motors, said. “It helps manage our campaigns from start to finish. By
integrating with our core ERP, it allows for easy target segmentation and list
management. Its built-in tracking and analytics are also some of the other
features that we find useful."
The TargetOne tool allows businesses to see
analytics as they are taken in minute by minute. That information can then be
used to personalize the experience for each customer, promoting items the
customer is likely to choose and improving profit. The tool itself, a
one-of-a-kind vehicle personalization platform, also gives the business the
ability to communicate the buyer individually.
