DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts was named "Tower Project of the Year" at the Construction Week Awards 2016.
The $1.3 billion project earned the coveted recognition for its construction practices and dedication to safety.
The Hollywood-inspired, four-tower development is located in the Burj area and will feature 1,200 luxury serviced residences, and more than 800 rooms and suites. Its facilities will include a wellness and fitness center, gym, sauna, swimming pool, luxury spa, screening rooms modeled after Paramount professional studios, retail outlets, and eight restaurants.
In constructing DAMAC Towers, techniques have been used to simplify coordination and information exchange, optimize design, enhance logistics, increase the speed of construction, and enable flexibility with regards to moving materials and equipment.
