Chamber recently took part in an international conference in Tunisia meant to support the nation's economy and encourage investment there.
More than 70 countries and many international institutions and companies took part in the two-day event, “Tunisia: Reforms and Investment Opportunities,” which showed off mega projects and other opportunities in the country.
Ali Abdulaltif Al Misnad, the honorary treasurer of the Qatar Chamber, talked about his country's economic bond with Tunisia in the form of
the Qatari-Tunisian Business Counsel.
“It is
doing a key role in strengthening cooperation ties between businessmen of both
sides and reviewing partnerships between them,” Al Misnad said.
