Renowned motivator headlines business award ceremony

Some of the best businesses in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will be treated to a talk by one of the best speakers in the world at the upcoming closing ceremony of the 9th cycle of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MRM) Business Award and the 1st edition of the MRM Business Innovation Award.

Ron Kaufman, a world-renowned motivational speaker, author and customer service expert, will headline the ceremony at Madinat Jumeirah Arena on Feb. 21 to honor businesses that have made strong contributions to the economy. Attendees will include dignitaries and distinguished executives and business leaders.

Kaufman, rated by Speaker magazine as one of the “Top 25 Who’s Hot” speakers, has inspired millions through his unique style of teaching leadership. He has written 15 books on business and customer service, including The New York Times and USA Today bestseller Uplifting Service! The Proven Path to Delighting Your Customers, Colleagues and Everyone Else You Meet.

At the ceremony, Kaufman will focus on strategies and models that can help businesses improve customer service.
