The Al-Ain branch of the Abu Dhabi Chamber
of Commerce and Industry recently hosted a seminar on attracting customers and innovation for businesses in the city, featuring a
lecture from Salem Al-Esai, director of the Chamber's Al-Ain branch.
In the seminar, Al-Esai, who is the
financial and managerial advisor on innovation strategies for commercial
projects, discussed the importance of innovation in international business so companies can remain competitive in a global market marked
by technological and knowledge advances. He also discussed the need to apply innovation to commercial projects and e-trade in order to attract new customers.
“Enhancing competitive capabilities or even
maintaining them requires taking serious steps towards innovating and
presenting good products with competitive prices or developing new technologies
to produce these products,” Al-Esai said.
His remarks at the seminar also covered customer
maintenance through the lens of what turns customers toward other suppliers
and a gave a presentation on successful and outstanding innovation models for
commercial advertisements across a range of media.
The seminar, which was attended by more
than 50 companies with a presence in Al-Ain City, was in line with the Abu Dhabi
Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s initiative to push companies toward innovative and creative developments to further their services, products and
businesses.
