Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 10.
More than 70 participants who represent more than 60 specialized companies from the
private sector attended the seminar.
During the seminar, Mr. Yousef shed light on the sectors participating in SKEA, the
categories of recognition and appreciation, the general form of the submission
document and how to prepare the same in accordance with the award’s
requirements.
Within the frame of supporting the private sector and presenting companies operating
in the UAE with opportunities and incentives for creativity and innovation as
well as to realize the highest levels of competitiveness, SKEA office will hold
a number of extensive and specialized workshops in the following months. The
office will also hold a number of awareness seminars to inform participants
with all the matters that are related to the award. Such workshops and seminars
will be held in Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain.
The office of Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) has organized the 3rd
awareness seminar within a series of seminars and workshops to inform all
participating and interested companies and establishments with the award and
its general framework.

Shouqi Yousef, an expert in organizational excellence, introduced the award model to
the attendance and showcased how to document the meaning of organizational
excellence from all stakeholders’ perspective. He also Explained the general
framework of the SKEA’s Criteria and the performance-measuring methodology
being adopted by the award’s assessors and arbitrators.
