Qatar Airways recently won two Gold Awards at the 2014 TravelPlus Awards for the airline’s innovative first and business class amenity kits.
The first-class addition includes Giorgio Armani Fragrances & Beauty First Class Male amenity kit. Business class received a Middle East amenity kit.
Qatar Airways is one of the few carriers that has a Skytrax five-star rating for the company’s excellent service. Qatar was the only airline at the event that received two Gold Awards. Its accomplishments demonstrate the high quality of service that the company provides for its world-class airlines.
“We are very proud that the jury has gold-certified two of our premium kits,” Rossen Dminitrov, senior vice president of customer experience at Qatar Airways, said. “This underlines our commitment to providing our passengers with the very best in order to make their individual journeys as pleasant as possible.”
Dminitrov received the Gold Awards at the event.
The event was hosted by the Radisson Blu Hotel located in Hamburg, Germany. It was one portion of the Aircraft Interiors Expo, which is the main event for the airline industry that took place last week. The expo gives companies the opportunity to display their latest interior designs and products for aircrafts.
