Awok.com recently released data demonstrating how shoppers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) change their behavior during Ramadan.
The data system has studied UAE online shopping behavior and learned that its e-commerce site had more sales during Iftar and Suhour hours. The data demonstrates that Iftar is the most popular time to shop online when fasting for Ramadan. These customers include people who have broken their fasts for the evening.
Immediately after Iftar and time and immediately before Suhour, the site had a 35 percent surge in sales. This demonstrates that people who are fasting like to spend their time during the evening shopping online.
"Ramadan is the time of the year where people sit down to enjoy Iftar and Suhour with their family and friends,”
