As part of celebrations during the holy month of Ramadan, the Bahrain Airport Co. (BAC) hosted a Ghabga event.
Invited to the gathering, which took place at the Ramadan tent at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain, were personnel and stakeholders from airlines that operate out of the Bahrain International Airport (BIA).
Guests, which included senior officials from airline companies as well as executive management of the BAC, were greeted by BAC CEO Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah.
"The event reflects the company’s commitment to improve partnership with the airlines operating at BIA," a BAC release said. "The airport caters to 51 commercial and cargo airlines flying to 49 destinations world-wide."
BAC is charged with making improvements to the BIA as well as increasing the airport’s contribution to the local economy as part of Vision 2030.
In its operational capacity, BAC is responsible for elevating the airport’s operations, infrastructure and services.
