Al Habtoor City, a resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates slated to open in the last quarter of the year, will feature three hotels with a variety of upscale banquet facilities that will be available for weddings, conferences and other functions.
The St. Regis Dubai, the first of the three hotels that will open, will include a ballroom with a 725-guest capacity. The space, which measures 800 square meters, can be split into two event areas. Additionally, the St. Regis Dubai will have four large meeting rooms and a boardroom as well as landscaped gardens to accommodate parties with as many as 600 guests.
“The facilities of The St. Regis Dubai are exceptional," Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, chairman of the Al Habtoor Group, said. "There is so much attention to detail.”
W Dubai – Al Habtoor City will boast a 726-square-meter Great Room that can accommodate up to 660 guests. The hotel will also include five studios ranging in size from 34 to 90 square meters as well as an entertainment area in the foyer.
The Westin Dubai, Al Habtoor City will feature the Westin Grand Ballroom, a 1,427-square-meter space that can be divided into three separate banquet spaces. The ballroom space will be augmented by 12 meeting rooms ranging from 50 to 110 square meters.
“There are so many opportunities for guests to entertain themselves at Al Habtoor City," Al Habtoor said. "The three hotels offer something unique depending on the client’s requirements."
