Saudi Home Loans (SHL), a Riyadh-based home finance company specializing in Shariah-compliant financial products, recently adopted 3i Infotech's mainline solutions to enhance the company’s business operations.
SHL is now equipped with capabilities to manage three key processes: internal systems, data management and human resource management. To accomplish that, SHL will be using 3i Infotech’s suite of advanced business softwares: ORION, KASTLE Universal Lending (ULS) and KASTLE Treasury.
The new system implemented by 3i Infotech has enabled SHL to automate and improve their go-to-market strategy, allowing them to offer new products in the lending business market.
The new system has also enabled the end users to access customers’ information and documents on a real-time basis. The goal there is to improve the user performance as well as customer relationship.
Saudi Home Loans CEO Abdulelah Al-Shaikh said the company went live on 3i Infotech’s system in June and the migration has so far been a success despite initial hiccups.
“Implementation of these products involved a number of challenges but the dedication and knowledge of 3i Infotech’s team made it into a successful migration into production, and since then, we have been able to serve our customers with superior services,” Al-Shaikh said.
