TAKELEAP is a new virtual real estate tour tool that has built upon previous virtual real estate tour platforms, such as My Virtual Home and Zayed Communities.
My Virtual Home and Zayed Communities were launched in 2014 for the Sheikh Zayed Housing project, allowing users to take visual tours of potential properties with a multilingual and interactive interface.
"Through the Sheikh Zayed Housing project, we saw a drastic increase in interest and sales even prior to the completion of project, through our digital tour experience," TAKELEAP founder Salman Yusuf said. "We believe that allowing potential buyers to visualize their future homes at this magnitude can generate an incomparable experience and support them throughout their decision making process."
Users can go into a three-dimensional cube with floor-to-ceiling screens featuring various home models and view every inch of the interior and exterior.
